Are you referring to the Expedition set? If so, #98 or #99? Or are you referring to the Japanese starter deck? You need to be more specific when you are looking for this type of information. Also, remember that the population stat does not necessarily refers to how rare the card is. A lot of people grade common cards that are not sought after and, as a result, end up being the only one in the population report. If you are referring to the Japanese starter deck and you look at the pop report, no one has bothered to grade the set a lot. As a result, if I was the collector trying to buy this from you I would have to focus on these two facts, is it easy/cheaper to grade it myself and still get a PSA 10?

Turns out this isnt a one off, so I apologise for the false information.
I do however have a PSA 10 Japanese Charmander 1st Edition from the e-starter deck which is a one off, what is that worth. I know this will probably be worth less but its hard to get an accurate value when there isnt another to compare with.
