the biggest issue with light toxtricity IMO is the attack name “Beatdown Smash” which specifically contradicts the theme of light pokemon which were supposed to be more support oriented.
also, FWIW the card this was referenced from is light jolteon as confirmed by a TPCI employee (same artist and setting should give it away)
