2019 for me is pure vibe and my favourite from the lot. In my opinion it really captures a great party mood where it looks like the Pokemon are really out partying the whole night with a city in the backdrop. The runners up would be 2021 and 2022.
Nah, newest one is the best with a proper setting and positioning of all the Pokemon inside it. As @inertgeometry said it looks like Champion’s Festival.
Pre-Nishida also has that terrible digital Himeno style so don’t like any of them.
