The only thing holding the card back is that the art doesn’t have any Pokemon in it 
. And, AFAICT, it’s not as rare as something like the English Championship Arena, which has low triple digit number of copies in existence (and Celebi and Mew in the art!) and is still pretty affordable.
Totally agree! I love the one from the Red/Green Gift Set in particular. Also, I think your typo of “Red/Greed” Gift Set is funny.

Literally any vending machine or versus cards as they have unique and amazing art
How many of the PCL cards do you believe were released? Is it a known number or speculation? I don’t mean that in an aggressive way, jw! 
The only sources I have are: on the thread with the master list of rarest cards, someone suggested PCL be put on the list. And someone else responded that it shouldn’t be put on the list because there were way more than 1000 copies released. I don’t know what that’s person source is, but they seemed pretty confident and it would be a weird thing to lie about, so I trust that until I learn otherwise.
And there’s also just the market presence of the card – it’s much more available. That doesn’t necessarily mean it’s less rare, but it suggests that it likely is.
@sherotcg I love that Winner Salamence, really low pop so a 10 is super nice too!
Generations promo charizard EX, super cheap card that features arguable the most popular pokemon with a flareon in it to boot!
Pikachu victory medals are some of my favorite cards ever. Dirt cheap trophy cards right here.

I just want to say the full art trainer/character cards from Cosmic Eclipse. That Pikachu character card is straight-up Pokemon, I love it. (can’t seem to figure out how to upload pictures)
Cosmic eclipse was a super set! I’ll have to buy a box to open soon.

Just awesome how many japanese cards are showing up. also in for the vending serie cards or ex era artwork cards (the not ex and goldstars are still affordable)
If I had to recommend any specific cards to friends, or anyone for that matter, it would be the 10th Movie Commemoration Set.
The set has everything going for it:
- Unique amazing art
- Holographic promos
- Unique card names
- Linkage to the history of the movies
- Exclusive
- Link to the DP-P promos to ‘finish’ the set
- Inexpensive
You can’t beat them imo.
