Your example looks fine on the corners to me.
The photo in my GIF is not proportionally correct as I just stretched it over quickly. The top corners I aligned appear to match just fine.
Perforation marks exist across many Bandai sets, take for example the Pokemon Kids series.

The anime collection cards in question have a murky background. They look good - albeit with some identified differences. The question is whether of not they were produced with the appropriate licensing.
If PSA wants to authenticate cards any users find questionable then the risk is on them if more information comes out later to discredit the particular cards - but the question of concern has been raised.
