Can an ebay buyer refund a pack just because they thought it was heavy and it isn’t. I did not claim it was heavy just showed the weight of it. They received it and now are saying it weighs 0.07g less than my scale says (definitely possible but whos to say which scale is correct) also BOTH weights indicate it is light so idk why he’d buy at all
A buyer willing to abuse the returns process can return anything by simply lying, yes.
Scales lose their accuracy over time as well.
I worked at a calibration lab back in the day, and companies are required by law to send in any scales they use for work to be calbirated for accuracy once a year.
So if this guy has been using the same scale for over a year, it could be slightly off weight.
so basically even if I let it go to ebay review I dont have a shot
Im gonna let them review it anyway, it seems so clear to me
Unfortunately, if you said the pack weighed a specific amount and the buyer is claiming it weighed any amount other than the exact stated amount they can open a not as described case because the item weights don’t match and if you try to fight it that’s a loss 100% of the time.
Selling loose packs is an absolute nightmare
