Box break or trusted vintage sellers - sources

Hi all,

The box break craze we saw during and post-covid is over (and has been for some time). PokeRev and the like are not opening many boxes and I wonder - where would one buy guaranteed unweighed packs?

I sometimes have luck finding some online (up to the first three EX weighable sets) for reasonable prices but for anything past that era, I would not touch a booster pack listing regardless of how heavy it is advertised to be.

Are there some well known sellers that one can trust to sell truly unweighed packs? Are there any lesser-known box breakers (besides the big YT names like PokeRev, Randolph…).

Thanks!

I’ve never bought from them personally, but believe loose packs is reputable

Thanks! That’s pretty much what I was looking for.

I guess wanting a pack from a live-streamed or recorded box break with the pack having the same identifier sticker is too much of an ask… but Loose Packs looks fairly solid.

Sometimes rarecandy has vintage box breaks too. I bought a 1st ed Neo rev pack from a box break they had(live) and pulled an amph holo.

I would trust Live box breaks and never buy individual listings from third party sellers.

if you dont care about the livestream aspect would just pay up the difference for guaranteed heavy (eg. 21.4-21.5 for wotc)

WOTC + the first three ex sets are one thing (which is what I was buying until now every now and then), but I was mostly interested in some of the later ex packs, hence why I was asking.

Thanks! Is this on their website or on IG?

On the rarecandy website, it was an auction first then a live stream of them opening the box and packs, They usually advertise on social media beforehand. its been a year or two since i did it so i dont know if its the same process now.
