New italian collector here, I was wondering exactly the same thing as ronflex. This card (WB20 Psyduck) is listed as printed in Italian too, but I could not find any reference of its existence whatsoever. This photo seems to actually prove its existence, but it would be great if any other collector could bring some more information!
I didnt know you were the owner of this card, if so huge congrats. Hands down one of the most rare cards in spanish language.
Im a spanish collector and im in search of these rare black promos but unfortunately they are really hard to find. For now only have the psyduck, although is the “most common” one of them. I would love to know more of how these cards were distributed, why the psyduck in spanish altough it is rare, its not as rare as the others.
Im in active search of the other blackstar promos in spanish, if any of you guys get any extra information that would like to share or have one and would consider sellin please let me know, it would go to a home where it would be truly cherished

Thank you, yes I do own the togepi card, as far as I know the only copy I’m aware off.
To be honest I barely know anything about it, besides what quuador has told me about it and I got very lucky.
With this in mind I believe I am currently the only togepi collector with a full language collection completed as I never saw another card of this.
