I understand your point of view on “not beating a dead horse” but these sorts of things should be put on a pedestal as a warning for newer collectors. This isn’t me saying “HaHa you lost money 
”
It’s me saying “This is the shit to stay away from. Learn from others mistakes before it costs you the cost of a downpayment on a house!”
That is why I have done similar “warnings” in the past such as: Newer Collectors - BE AWARE (Market Research Brillant Stars)
Like @pfm mentioned, if we are comfortable and urged to praise those who “Win” big on certain graded cards or sell at a market high, we should also be comfortable talking about the losses and mistakes.
I know in text there is a lot of communication lost, but please know these are my intentions. I am honestly just trying to keep this thread alive and update it once in a while. The more eyes on this thread, the better!
