Could anyone recommend a reputable online retailer that sells German language booster boxes and ships to the US?
How much can I expect to pay for a recent release (Guardians Rising, SM etc)?

There’s a lot of German card collectors on Facebook. Pokémon karten is a good one, you may have some luck there.

I think German packs go for same retail as English packs here in the Netherlands. So easily 4,99 euro per pack, 129euro per box for new releases.
Older German boxes, like Neo I’ve seen for 600-700 euro per box.

Is it possible to register as a non-EU resident on pokemoncardmarket.eu? I live in the US.
Collect-it.de seems to be one of the larger German shops that ships to the US. I have bought from them on eBay and a few other random places, but it seems like shipping costs shoot up fairly quickly for larger lots. Looks like I will just have to bite the bullet and pay it
I think you can as buyer, but as seller you have to put all your banking info in. [edit] I think sellers can tick off countries they do and do not ship to. I got my hands full atm, otherwise I would double check.
I don’t know about their shipping costs. But you can ship 2 kilo from Germany to the US for 15eur (18 insured) which is German Post default rate. Envelops with Deutsche Post, packages by DHL. Seem fair prices if you ask me, since insured international post by the USPS usually is between 13 and 18 US$
I went and checked, United States does not appear on the Country dropdown list for selection. So it is not an option for you
