Base Set: Difference in "Trading Card Game" under logo?

I purchased a fairly large lot of Base Set booster packs recently and stumbled across something I’ve never noticed/seen before. The “Trading Card Game” banner underneath the Pokemon logo being smaller and seemingly blurrier on the Charizard pack art.

Look at the Charizard pack in the middle and then compare to the Blastoise and Venusaur packs to the right and left. You can also see that “11 Additional Game Cards” on the Charizard pack is bolder and thicker than it is on the other two packs. I purchased 12 packs from this seller and all of the Charizard packs are like this - only the Charizard packs, to be precise.

Anyone seen anything like this before and any ideas as to why this would be? They have tons of packs for sale so I’m not worried about authenticity really.

There’s heaps of different base set variants due to the large amount of print runs, these are just a couple

I remember noticing these a while back. Pretty sure there is no difference of the cards in the pack, still unlimited

There were several artwork/packaging changes made back then. Doesn’t hurt or help values unless the “TRADING CARD GAME” appears at the bottom of the pack.

Alright I wasn’t sure what the deal was and why it seemed exclusive to the Charizard packs that I bought in the lot.
