As soon as it passes the estimated delivery date and if you still don’t hear back from him with tracking information, I would open a case!

I paid through PayPal directly but through invoice
Oh then I would call paypal and open a case through there~ should be covered regardless if you explain the problem

i’ll see next Monday 20th whether to open a case or not as the seller sent me a tracking number finally and there is an item on its way to me in the UK. Estimate delivery date is this Friday 25th so fingers crossed.
