Base Set Booster Box variation?

I was browsing ebay sold listings and I came across this.
Its a base set box with single country code.
But from what Ive read shadowless are only present in green wing boxes?
Does this have the chance of being shadowless? it is a blue wing

No there is zero chance of it having shadowless cards. @scratchdesk pointed this variation out to me to add to the Identifying Shadowless booster boxes thread ( www.elitefourum.com/t/identifying-shadowless-unlimited-base-set-boxes-packs/16993/1 Its still a work in progress )

A box with this variation was opened and found to contain 1999-2000 non-holo cards with the regular 1999 holos. It’s a really rare find on ebay though.
