I have a base set 2 pikachu that has blue cheeks instead of yellow. It appears as if it could be an ink misprint, but I’m really not sure. I need some help to identify if this is actually a misprint, or if there is some other factor (drawn on, fake, etc.)

I’m 99% sure it’s a real Base Set 2 Pikachu card with fake colored in green cheeks (which partially wore down over time to what we see now, or was partially rubbed off before had time to completely dry). I’ve actually seen it before with an unlimited edition Base Set Pikachu and red ink:
And someone showed me this Japanese one before and after they cleaned the red ink. The after one resembled both the partial Red Cheeks above and your Green cheeks.
