Received them a long time ago but for some reason forgot about these, they came along with the Kamex booklet ( www.elitefourum.com/t/whats-this/11780/1 ).

All I can note is that they’re from the Neo era; I can’t recall if there was a counter set like that in the Neo Starter Pack or not, since I got mine so long ago now and I’m staying in Sydney with a broken leg (ergo can’t check in my collection storage to see). The only tourney I could see it being from would be Challenge or Champions Road in 2000/2001, but even then I think this is more from some kind of deck or promo card packaging.
