Wow, I haven’t seen many of these non-holo rare Fossil 4th Printing uncut sheets. Most of the Fossil sheets that you see around are from KB Toys and are holo sheets.
Seems strange that the back is not printed correctly with the blue borders. I remember @TCAGaming making a video about this sheet many years ago now. Rusty, do you remember whether any of these sheets were missing the blue borders on the back?
I had 3 variations of the Fossil Rare. Two were the 4th printings, in which one had regular backsides, and the other is missing the blue borders. Both of these I still have. The third was a pink only back, but that one is no longer in my possession and do not remember what printing it stated at the top.
The blue border I believe would be printed as a spot colour separately, so the back seems to have only the CMYK portion of it printed
How much would you value one of these sheets in clean well kept condition to be worth generally?
