Any Information On These Cards?

Looks like CGC will grade these. I’m not sure if they’ll differentiate between the two types (I’ve asked that as a comment on the post):

This particular card isn’t mine and interestingly I’m aware of 2 people who have told me they’ve tried sending these in to CGC only to have them returned ungraded - I’m curious as to what made them grade this particular copy.

Update: I messaged them privately with images of the different versions (glossy on both sides vs. only glossy on the front). They got back to me to say that currently they do not differentiate but if they had both copies in hand they likely would - I think I’m going to see if I can get my copies sent over to them some time soon, I don’t think either of mine will achieve a similar grade to the one above though!

Today I got my Pichu cards back from CGC and they’ve distinguished them as “Glossy Back” and “Matte Back”:

To my knowledge they only grade TCG cards at present so I imagine they’d happily grade both Hoppip variants but wouldn’t grade the Manhole variants - although I imagine in future they’ll probably be a bit less strict.
