I think that Charizard is really good. Maybe it’s uncool to like Charizards now but I’m trying to be objective. That one looks great! Way better than 151 fates or any of those.
Also the lumineon alt is one of my favs

I’m eager to see what happens with Crown Zenith when this wave of fomo runs into it. It’s an incredible set but with no booster boxes, and most of the packs coming in bulky ETBs and collection boxes, I don’t think speculators will buy out cases like they have with the main sets.
And that’ll keep the price down in the short term, but may result in less sealed product on the market years from now to make up for it?
I opened a lot of astral. Astral has some fantastic gold trainers. The path to peak and temple of sinnoh were so cool. Plus now dialga vstar is like 15$??

I prefer AR solely because of that Palkia alt art. Love the MC Escher inspiration.

well, 1 is a rainbow, the other is outclassed by multiple other arts from the same generation

never a fan of a set with one chase card. BST has a few decent arts. the lumineon is nice for example.
however, it is outclassed by every set after it imo.
They are ugly, there are cards way more attractive as that ugly dragon.

Really? I’m actually quite surprised by the seemingly mid response to BRS Charizard now.
I assume we’re talking about the 3 promos as comparison?
1 is basically a rehash of this, the VSTAR is good but not as sleek as this and the VMAX still looks like fan art.
Even extending into SV, 2 are tera and the other is OK as part of the storyline but mid on its own.
Love to see it! Pokemon is doing well, much better than my stocks lately.
