Yes, Mewtwo, Lucario, Jigglypuff, Pikachu, Greninja and Charizard. For now.

I saw all of those in a Target today.

I got 5/6 of them, all except Jigglypuff at Toysrus on Pokemon day. I did hear though that Jigglypuff has been harder to find, but has had a recent re-stock (as well as all the super smash bros amiibos have) at Target.
