It’s a 9, I wouldn’t crack for the chance at a 10.
I don’t know how lenient PSA is with centering but that does not deserve a 10 just based on centering alone
This is lucky to be a 9.

Yeah I would either get an 8 or 9 most likely with how hard they grade this card now

Seen worst 9’s newer certs than mine so how lucky am I ?
It’s a lower cert and I wanted to regrade too get a newer cert # but I’m not sure if it’s worth the time and money
Why would you crack it to get a newer cert? That is an awful idea.
