Yeah for some reason that happens to some people and for some people it works.

In the past to qualify for these promotions you have to have your email notifications turned on. They can be annoying but you can spam filter them and it’s worth it for the 5% back when it comes up.

a couple weeks ago i had ebay bucks 5% + credit card double rewards though april 2% (x2)= 4%
9% cash back apparently meant that it was free money to my brain
