Yeah the seller must have seen the other sealed case sell and since his 2 cases coincidentally had the same po # on the sticker, he sold them for basically the same price. He had 1 case opened and 1 case sealed so that is how we know that P.O. # has 1st ed packs. Crazy to think that 3 of these cases sold in the last few weeks for a total of about $30k. Current market price of these packs is like $1,400 meaning they are worth and probably should have sold for about $100k!!

A quick flip for a nice profit? I wouldn’t blame you.
Open them and hope for those juicy holos? A very fun experience by the way…You should get your money back if you graded all of them I reckon and that’s without any holo.
Or just thank your lucky stars and keep them in your collection? Unweighed blister packs are a very rare thing indeed.

Sellers pay the fees AND always get screwed by eBay on disputes.
Yeah I was comfortable paying the money, just because I had a conversation with the seller about the packs for proof, as well as the listing pictures and video recording of package opening. Just felt it would be super hard to be a successful scam
I think its great that there’s now 48 more 1st edition base boosters floating around!
Pretty crazy to have this many hit the market at all once. The seller did himself a disservice by listing them all at once though and temporarily over-saturating the market, resulting in a very low for what it is final sale price. Curious to see how many of these will hit the market again in hopes of being flipped.
One of the holy grails to add to a WOTC collection. Great buy. I can only dream of owning one of these in the future.

I literally can’t believe this was real. Absolutely the best steal in years. wow…whoever bought these packs you just won the lottery especially that guy that got 24 of them for 10k…crazy he just pretty much got himself a 30k value haha. can you imagine if someone went back to the seller and informed him hey bud umm you could have just lost out on 40k LOL heart attack…
