So, I found these stickers while searching for stuff on Mercari a while back. I have since tried to find information on them.
The listing states that they were obtained at the Aichi Tournament as a limited distrobution at a side event. I have tried looking things up and haven’t found anything official talking about them or anything.
I did find a blog that talked about someone’s time going to the tournament and at the end it showed different stickers. (Link below) If anyone has any information that would be really helpful.
The details are not provided of the actual stickers but maybe this will help give more context.
According to official info, these were a set of 12 stickers which were handed out as participation prizes and winners prizes on random at side events. Also, Aichi was not the only venue these were given out at. Other location side events also mentions ‘stickers’ but no clarity if they are the same set. Considering the stamp of CL 2024, I am assuming it should be.

Now the thought is, will PSA grade them… 
Based on Mercari listing we can visualize most of them.
Also considering your image has a Charizard, Greninja and Gouging Fire that already puts the count above 12 
Sorry to make it more confusing. I guess there are a set of stickers but only 12 were available at the particular event?
