I orginally purchased the 2014 illustration collection book around its orginal release which included the Cosplay Pikachu (099/XY-P) and Rayquaza (100/XY-P) promos. They are both still sealed in their orginal packaging despite being removed from the book for storage purposes. I still have the book as well. For now ive attached photos of the promos.
This is one of the few sealed promos I have in my collection. Im looking to find information about the sealed card /promo market vs graded. Are there specific collectors that look for these either as a set , individually or with the book? Are there any other resources i could look for to obtain information?
Any insight would definitely be helpful. Right now im just looking for information about these.
I will do my best to take better photos of the seal as needed.
