2 packs in 1 fossil blister

I recently got a fossil blister and noticed there was 2 packs in the blister pack. Has anyone seen that before?

That’s really cool but also suspicious… how’s the seal on the blister and the blister itself? Minty? Any sign of tampering?

Everything on it looks legit! Brand new from the box, no signs of tampering or being re-glued. Won it from goingtwice on whatnot, on one of those random pulls games they do. Their were about 10 in that game so I can see how it missed
