  • Light 1st Edition Base Booster Pack Charizard art.
  • Light 1st Edition Base Booster Pack Venusaur art.
  • Heavy 1st Edition Base Booster Pack Blastoise art.

A heavy sold on ebay for 3.8k i believe.

Maybe 1600 for light charizard and 1400 for light Venusaur. Don’t quite know on the heavies.

Heavy sold for $5,400 on eBay very recently and I think Pokémon radar sold one for $5,000

based on that math, 12x5400= 64,800 and 24x1500=36,000, you can open up an 80k box and get about 100k in return immediately!

I recently sold a heavy Venusaur for 3600. They’ve been selling in the 3500 to 5k range. It just depends which art you have and how much reach you have.

I have a light Charizard pack. I’d say it’s in the 1500 to 1800 range.

Are the values of the heavy packs really based on artwork? If the whole point of the pack being upcharged is because it has a guaranteed holo, who really cares which art it has since it’s most likely being purchased to be opened and not purchased to grade/keep the pack lol

I used to calculate these individual pack to box price ratios. Most sealed box prices far outpace the prices of individual pack prices, for obvious reasons.

Probably true! Anyhow, 4k for (almost) guaranteed holo 1st edition pack is pretty phenomenal. Searched Magic beta packs go for 5k+. Searched alpha packs go for something like 20k these days.

Depends on the box. Different boxes, different weights. They will outweigh 66% of the other packs from the same box.
