You should just eat the seller costs before he changes his mind. It’s the cost of doing business. That is assuming you do want to sell. The last thing you want is him second guessing it due to waiting complications
I’m not a big guy in collecting but I do know when you start nickle n diming in any sale, resentment or fallout occurs. The max eBay takes out is $750 and at 6% you’d be around $690… not worth the $60. Trust me, that’s an amazing sale man!
As crazy as it is that a PSA 9 1st ed Base Charizard has now seemingly doubled in price over the last few months, I suppose that’s still not even that much compared to the spikes we’ve seen in some other sets?
Congrats buddy, not only did you sell for a great price, but you also learned how supportive this community can be. You’re clearly very excited about your sale and everyone was super appreciative of the inside information you were personally handing out. You now understand why so many of us take to the forum to post information that’s super helpful, because everyone here is just so great about receiving it. This is the way it’s always been, absolutely no petty jealousy.
At this rate psa 9 zard will hit 15k! well deserved though all price increases in any grade for this card are fair i think given the prices of other cards recently
This is amazing. Y’all are making me want to sell one. But I guess I gotta stick to the super long-term plan. I wonder what prices will be like in 40 or 50 years? =P
Now that’s the mindset I like might as well hold as long as possible and find out. The chances of them being worth less are slim to none. Also what’s it worth in 70 years if you passed them onto a kid or nephew or someone close and a kid now or anything out of our lifetimes haha. A 1st edition base zard gets you a ride to a new planet haha who knows
Space seems scary as hell but if the world gets destroyed and Mars is liveable sign me up haha the card for ride to space was a joke obviously if anyone didn’t pick up on it lol. I have a unique sense of humor
I don’t know how many of you follow vintage sports cards in here but imo the 1st Edition Shadowless Charizard PSA 9 in 10 years will be trading like those PSA 9 Wayne Gretzky rookie card selling at 30k+. PSA 10 Zards will be selling like how Wayne Gretzky 10’s are selling.
The most similar to the PSA 9 Zard uptrend is the Michael Jordan Fleer #57 PSA 9. Both have increased almost same exact time and finally being appreciated.
haha you’re probably right. Completely forgot the prices of a Wayne Gretzky PSA 10 s went overboard. Last one sold for 465k . Ok I’ll take PSA 9 Gretzky uptrend prices at 30k…ish for PSA 9 Zards
