Hi all,
I own a PSA 5 TMB 1999 Tropical wind, and was trying to price check it but literally cannot find any recently solds for actual graded ones, only “authentic”
What would yall price this at?

I’m watching this for comps because I also have a 5. This is higher than I’ve seen a 6 in years and there’s still time
I agree with the above. Though a lot of the ones listed are asking much more but I think it’s inflated.
PSA 4-6 feels like a 8-12k card rn
Shoutout to whoever got one for 2400
These prices are very interesting though…
Dang that $2400 one was a good pick up.
Personally I feel that this card doesn’t get the attention it deserves and should be higher
Pretty strong sale price for a PSA 6 Wind!
And even stronger for the buyer, assuming they bought it 9 months ago and held until now:
$14k increase over 9 months…not too shabby. Still think this card should be worth more!
We are so back
Impressive. Most impressive
If it matters to you, Card Ladder updated this morning to put the value of PSA 5 at $17,060
TY!
And now $18,479 today haha. Funny to see no updates in 18 months and then two in two days
Another PSA 6 up for auction on Goldin, curious to see where this one ends:
Equivalent grades in BGS slabs seem like a buying opportunity right now. Just saying.
Nice to see a card I bought going up in this market, not just the ones I didn’t buy
Adding this here for posterity’s sake (and slowly morphing this into the TMB Tropical Wind market thread…)
Huge sale for another PSA 6 (if paid). Again, it’s awesome to see the Tropical Wind get the love an actually rare card deserves in this market.
Thanks to this sale the card ladder for PSA 5 is now $19,014 lol
FYI there’s a CGC 7 (most likely regraded from PSA 6 that you can see on the seller’s instagram) sitting on eBay for 22.5k.
A raw copy just sold on Mercari in under an hour for $12k
