Aren’t those just reverse holo cards? I thought the card versions were: Commom, Reverse Holo and Masterball.

I remember seeing a video of someone rubbing the poke balls off but they might of been using a chemical or something.

I was unable to on the right half of this card with just clean fingers and as well with 91% isopropyl alcohol

Switched to ol reliable and it does remove the Poke Ball
