I thought the same until I pulled black Aragon. That left me really confused lol.
Why would they do this when they would miss out on an incredible opportunity. Have the ring pulled quick and then drop this as a marketing tool.
Another one of one ring! You were all deceived!
If it was obvious that it was say a third print run box that had it, i wonder how that would work out for thek if people never had an actual shot of getting it in the first run and spent all their cash on the chase.
I have seen a few people claim it’s in the first print run but that doesn’t mean much either. Wizards could sit it on a pallet in the factory for a few months.
They also race swapped the entire Rohirrim. Who are described by Tolkien as blonde with blue eyes and were based on Anglo-saxons.
There is definitely some crossover fandom buying but the set in general has been getting a ton of hate from hardcore Tolkien fans.
It should be graded with EMA
I had not heard of EMA grading, and then I came across this EMA Black Label Sheesh Umbreon Vmax alternate art 095/069 Eevee Heroes PSA BGS | eBay Was not disappointed.
My god is this desperate
Hahaha that’s the exact word I thought when I saw that. Its very off-putting. I wouldn’t be surprised if it makes it less likely to come to them now.
It’s what we’ve all been waiting our whole lives for. Don’t cope. Embrace it.
lol. Bow to the absurd.
And nice to see you again, @kurtosisblakeinfini.
Whoever pulls this needs to grade with BGS for the freebies, then immediately crack it.
Its just public.
Most of the high profile cards that graded with companies that they advert the shit out of get the same offer types
I’d shop the heck outta that thing.
“So, As you know, BGS is offering all this stuff to grade it with them. What’ll YOU give me?”
Option 1: backyardbreaks or someone from their circle of influence has it
Option 2: D&A buys up displays cheap now and tomorrow comes the „oopsie daisy“ post
there is a 3rd option however unlikely, someone pulled it and would rather have 2 million dollars than a piece of paper
MTG seems very confusing to collect. So many different variations of the same set?
At least Pokemon is straightforward. Many products but same set.
