Congrats !! I love contest cards, and this one is definitely one of my favorite !! Pikachu, celebi, piplup, azurill, etc. so nice seeing all these mons together !

Indeed looks like Butterfree to me. 
PS: @queendrifloon not sure if you collect cameos, but it contains a miniature slither of Drifloon circled in green here (top-left):
Of course I’m joking, but before it was cut off to fit the card box, it was actually a Drifloon. 
I also see Chimchar’s hair; Happiny completely out of frame; and apparently the top-left is Munchlax, which I wasn’t sure about before seeing this full artwork. 
EDIT: This artwork was apparently also already shared above back in 2022… I only looked at the new posts instead of the entire thread, mb.
Anyway, big congrats @TorterraSimp! Huge addition, especially for just the top of Turtwig featured as cameo.
