PSA says my grades are ready to view, but when I click the link, I don’t see my card graded. I’m guessing they found something wrong with it

happens all the time, nothing to worry about. The ‘grades ready’ step is basically a myth honestly

What are your experiences with this issue? Is it due to them updating the pricing tier for some cards?

just call their customer support line, it usually less than a minute wait. I would guess for you it would either be upcharges need to get paid, or they cant process your payment method. Could be something else like a damage card as well I guess.

so thats what i have to do then, super express? I wonder if the 5 days they tacked on to standard express is just a 5 business day wait to open the box but then it moves to the same process as the fastest tiers

Welp, its official, I am dropping off all my orders in person from now on. I just got confirmation last night that my cards are assembled and ready to go! Dropped off in person at their Santa Ana location on October 22nd. This was their slowest bulk submission, and I had it done in less than a month. I wasn’t expecting these back till January.

Anyone (presumably from APAC) planning to submit to the Hong Kong submission center? Curious how the turnaround will differ compared to US and Canada one.

That’s nuts. PSA taking under promise and over deliver a little too far lol. All three of my recent bulk submissions got finished over a month earlier than expected

They didn’t change turnaround time. They just made it so turnaround time now starts when they receive your package.

I’m happy with this change. Not counting the time before a package enters R&ID has been very obnoxious.

Agreed, I just had seven submissions entered into the system last night/this morning but they have been at PSA since September 30th. Bit annoying when you aren’t sure when turnaround will start even though PSA has your package.
