PSA says my grades are ready to view, but when I click the link, I don’t see my card graded. I’m guessing they found something wrong with it 
happens all the time, nothing to worry about. The ‘grades ready’ step is basically a myth honestly

What are your experiences with this issue? Is it due to them updating the pricing tier for some cards?
just call their customer support line, it usually less than a minute wait. I would guess for you it would either be upcharges need to get paid, or they cant process your payment method. Could be something else like a damage card as well I guess.
psa still hasnt opened my value max or express orders
One of the main selling points to pay significantly more money for express is the turnaround time, but whats the point if they dont even open the box.
I have a 52 card bulk order that I keep adding to but cant stomach the idea of sending it to psa and getting it back April 2026 at best. looking at other grading companies now

excited to see the grades you get. especially on the shadowless
so thats what i have to do then, super express? I wonder if the 5 days they tacked on to standard express is just a 5 business day wait to open the box but then it moves to the same process as the fastest tiers
