@charizard1020 knowing you enjoy English Base, have you considered a Japanese No Rarity collection? aka the first-of-the-first OGs (ignoring all the Cardass nonsense). It’s also incredibly underpriced for what it is, so might be easier than English 1st ed Base to put together.
I have a lot of IRL financial commitments getting in my way at the moment, but a no rarity binder is my current goal (currently only have the Zapdos lol). I’m legit about to start mowing lawns and trimming hedges this weekend for a bit of extra cash to fund things
Like others have said, I think you feel a little slump or maybe even restless with collecting because you’re still in the set card phase and right on the edge of taking the plunge into the “deeper” space. Welcome
Ive personally been focusing on vintage the last like year. Been interested in Base, Jungle, Fossil, but ive also been very into Japanese promos the whole time as well. I can share some inspo with you if you’d like!
Got some Japanese promos here, some exclusive, some not (ANA stuff is some of my favourite, also got playmat and asobikata). Also Gameboy Lugia is better than Neo Gen Lugia idc what anybody says. '97 carddass is great as well. I dont have a ton of it unfortunately. Theres also still niche errors within English vintage if you wanna stay there, like no symbol Jungle.
