Looking for the promo from the ETB for destined rivals. Not sure where best to look online for latin american language so far other than maybe ebay? Pricing it now at $20 for the card, appreciate any help. Thanks.

About this Wobbuffet in Latin American Spanish, I’m not sure if it exists physically … I’ve never seen one in that language, but it might exist … I’m searching …
Regarding shippings … I use Serpost (Peru’s Post Mail) for International shippings because it’s extremely close to where I live. FedEx is kinda far to where I live and UPS is located in a dangerous zone of the city 
.
I suppose that if @elitewhirl decides me to ship via there, I’d need to declare the package and shipping is going to be way more expensive than expected.
I’ve told @elitewhirl that in case I find the card and he pays for it, I can store the card indefinitely (normally I’d say ship it inmediately or until he decides me to ship it, but in this particular case I’d say that I’d ship it once the shipping problem gets solved (because Serpost is not doing shippings to USA or Puerto Rico) or until he decides me to ship it.
Have to highlight that Latin American cards are less common than English cards in Latin America. I’ve asked several local card shops if they sell Spanish single cards and all said that no (I’ve found some that sell boosters or sealed products). Due to we don’t have an equivalent of CardMarket or TCG Player in the region, all cards might be found in local groups from WhatsApp/Facebook, but it’s like a lottery … it’s basically luck because you have to ask there if someone has it or if you see it in groups, contacting the seller … and also, being extremely fast.
Btw … If you manage to find a seller from Peru that has a card, I can help you as a middleman (You’ll need to contact me via MD with details)

It definitely does, as ETBs (unlike certain blisters or collection boxes) are among the standard products released in every language. You can see it in this unboxing.

After filling out a sworn statement at Serpost, the card has just been shipped to @elitewhirl … Thank you 
Btw, filling out a sworn statement at Serpost only applies to packages that are going to be send to USA or Puerto Rico. Other countries remain unaffected …
