I stumbled into a spanish card wiki and this dude showed up and I’ve never seen it.
This promo is available in English, French, Japanese and Korean, the western ones came in an Evolutions single booster blister, while the asian ones are gym promos.
Can someone verify it’s existence?
I don’t know about the card itself, but the image may be from PTCG Online, which had images of foreign language cards that didn’t actually physically exist (I remember someone had brought this up for Russian card assets on PTCGO). The image saturation and quality also makes me think it’s probably just an image lifted from PTCGO.

Spanish Wiki registers TCG data, but their target audience are players and not collectors. That’s why you can find there Spanish assets of cards that doesn’t exist physically …

Yes … I’ve only found English and French as the western languages this card got released. I haven’t found more evidence. It seems It’s an unreleased card in Spanish and the image you show comes from TCG Online.
Card Asset available in a certain language doesn’t mean that Card actually exist physically in that language
