i actually just picked one up a few months ago. does not have the psa label unfortunately (i heard they are now giving them actual distinctions, not sure if that is 100% true or not tho).

Yes. Just got some back… they say “Base Set 1999-2000” on the bottom line

Prob will just reslab mine at some point or try and do a trade + cash with someone for the updated distinction. Last on the priority list tho. Need to save funds for completing the rest of my Bulbasaur goals first :blush:
