Way too low. id expect to pay in the low $1,000-$1,200 minimum, and that is private off ebay sale. @gemmintpokemon did a cover of this in his black star complete promo psa 10 set. Its a POP 5 and incredibly tough to grade.

Being a Pop 5, its almost guaranteed to be locked up in a complete black promo set, you would without a doubt have to pay a premium above what it has sold for as no one wants to break up their set.
There just isn’t one laying around, good luck with the search.
