You’re going to look to pay at least 2500-3000$ usd for the psa 10 1st ed erika’s venusaur just a heads up. One sold on ebay recently for $2500 and most people considered that a bit of a steal/ebay snipe.
To add to the above, there´s multiple sales for the Gengar in the 700 range - your best bet would probably be the current pwcc.
Its a chase card in the set I’d be surprised if anyone lets it go from under 4k in this market
