WTB: PSA 10 1st Edition Clair's Gyarados (FOUND)

hello everyone, I have been actively searching for a PSA 10 1st Edition Pokemon VS Clair’s Gyarados and a PSA 10 1st Edtion Pokemon VS Lance’s Gyarados. I have DM’d various people on IG asking around for these cards, I have made an IG post and posted in my IG story looking to purchase, and I have also messaged various eBay sellers inquiring these cards. But sadly, I still am unable to locate any sellers or willing sellers. Most folks that have the cards aren’t looking to part ways with them. So I figured I’d test my luck here, even though I know my chances remain slim to none.

So please, if anyone has these cards or knows of anyone who is willing to sell, please let me know.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

as for prices and appraisal, PSA 10 1st Edition Clair’s Gyarados have sold for (on average) $30 USD within the past 12 months and the PSA 10 1st Edition Lance’s Gyarados have sold for (on average) about $45 USD within the past 12 months. I am currently willing to pay at or above the current market value for both.
I am willing to spend at least $100 USD for both cards (excluding any shipping/handling costs). I am located in California, USA.
I am willing to work with and negotiate with any seller(s) on a price and I am open to any counteroffers any seller(s) may provide.
