They won’t sell the card till they start being honest about it period. Would you buy from someone who refuses to let you know what you’re buying?
From all we know, that zard could be a PSA 8 in a 10 case. I have had some complete misgrades with creases on the back etc but they got a 10.

do you think when the 9 hits 30k-40k, they’d just sell it as a 9 in a 10 case?

It’s probably going to sell let’s be real. At one point someone who does’nt care or does’nt know any better will come along and just buy it.

I have a good sports card collector friend looking for a PSA 10 1st Edition Shadowless Charizard - Thick Stamp. Told him I might know where to find one;)
Willing to pay $55,000 Goods and Services, or $53,000 F&F if you have solid feedback.

Someone had posted pictures of the back before on E4 I believe (maybe somewhere else, don’t remember) because the seller had sent them privately, and I got to say it did not even look like a 9 if I remember correctly lol. It was pretty badly misgraded which is why the seller now refuses to show the back at all anymore. It would probably be more like an 8, so in this case you would be paying a ton of money for a label. This is definitely a case where you would want to “buy the card, not the grade”. For the price the seller is asking, I don’t think it will ever sell. I believe it has been for sale for like 2 years now…

Haven’t really kept a tab on it but must have been recent then? Is the sale confirmed?

I figured this much, it has happened many times with this card now for a while. Thanks for clarifying. @tobias
