What’s really weird to me is that I wasn’t even advertising or anything? All I did was ask Phanpy to buzz me on my page or reply to my comment.

I think you have some valid points there Gary. Being offended is cool these days. I personally can’t stand the overly pc culture that pretends they care about ideas or struggles they are not committed to whatsoever. However, I think some of the art academy winners are younger and are properly overwhelmed. If I were under 18 and won this contest, having loads of messages about selling would be a deterrent. I would probably hold them, especially considering how most have already been flipped second hand.
Certainly if we’re talking about a little kid with no parental involvement that would be different.
issue is everyone JUMPS on the winners cause now they know its going to be worth LOTS of money time in and out. I can understand it being very overwhelmed with more than 50+ people messaging you DO YOU WANT TO SELL DO YOU WANT TO SELL. I CAN TRADE YOU THESE CARDS CAN YOU SELL PLEASE. If I had that many messages just asking for a card only 100 are made I would straight up just say 10 grand each card full payment asap no excuse. if people want to bargain it away they can but I would just block and ignore it. it is easy to lose trust on things like this but when people are throwing money at you time to put that supply and demand logic to kick it into overdrive.
@garyis2000 don’t you wish the winners would have burned/destroyed them apart from like 1 now like we said we would do if we won in the discussion before any winners had come forward haha
