Half deck - 250-400 depending on raw/grade.
Poketour - 2-400 depending on raw/grade

The entire sealed deck, 800ish

I am located in Japan but can receive packages through my U.S. address for regular US prices (I prefer small flat rate boxes)

Have you considered buying a complete sealed Intro Deck Neo? I don’t see one for sale on ebay right now, but if you offer like 800-900 usd here on e4, maybe you’ll get some bites. When you grade and sell off the rest you might be able to get the Pika itself relatively cheap.
