WTB: Azurill 1st Edition Miracle of the Desert (either MINT raw or the PSA 9)

There is ONE graded PSA 9 version of this card - on the off chance someone here owns it I’d love to buy it! (long shot ha)

If not I would love to buy a MINT raw copy that would have the potential of being a PSA 9 (I know this can’t be guaranteed!)

Offering $20 for a mint copy
Offering $70 for the PSA 9 copy

Can either be posted to the USA or UK.
Please let me know if you think my pricing is a little off.
