This UK seller seems to have most of the rares you’re looking for: jacqufarro-0 on eBay. Looks like you will need a UK middleman though, since they only sell domestically.
Apart from the Pristine-10 Hitmonlee, they all seem to be below your price points as well. Although technically, only the CGC-9 is NM (although both EX don’t look too bad tbh).
Maybe you can also get a deal for buying more than one at once. 
As for some of the others, although all are above your price-point of 100 euros (and all are graded, but you can always just crack them):

The first Ebay user Quuador linked here is likely @jac2357. I only thought of them because of the first three letters of the username (and I knew that they were known for being a heavy collector of 1999-2000 Fossil). But then I just stumbled upon this Pristine 10 Kabutops that was graded in one of their threads:

Well this explains why we saw all those collection updates 2 years ago and radio silence since. Sad to see collections sold off, but hopefully others get to enjoy the cards even more
