That’s the one yes! Keep it if it has great value to you. The binders are not really rare but not many enter the market so it’s hard to aquire now

The one I have I got from an auction that’s by my house. I paid 8 bucks for it. I got it when I had just gotten back into collecting again a little over 2 years ago. It was mostly filled with cards from the EX sets, which I knew nothing about at the time. In it I discovered one of my favorite cards of all time, crystal guardians diglett! It had several other cool cards, holos and reverse holos. Butttt it also had a gold star celebi! Which also at that time, I had never heard of a gold star before. So I knew celebi was usually a rare in all the WOTC sets and I knew of shining celebi, so I after seeing a gold star next to its name and it being holo I thought it might be something cool. I looked it up on ebay and was shocked! That was an awesome very beginning purchase of mine!

Also there seem to be quite a few fake ex Dragon Frontiers packs using resealed wrappers. Just bought 14 packs all of which were fake. I got my money back through paypal but would like to warn others.
I’d prefer that wrappers go to dedicated collectors or get destroyed but I guess scammers get their hands on a few from time to time…
