I think mine is up there aswell, In 2017 I said no to a friend that offered me a PSA 8 first edition charizard for 900$. Mind you I don’t collect first edition cards since the stamp have no value to me, but if I had bought the card I could have payed 1/4 of my remaining morgage with a sale now… or bought like the rest of the Art Academy cards im missing
