You should maybe start there.
Prices are set according to conditions, depends what you want to do with them. If it’s for Completing a binder set, I suggest to go for Light play or close as you will get better value for money.
Best place I like to buy is on Instagram, but I do buy on eBay, tcgplayer, troll and toad or here. I prefer to not get stuck with taxes and can usually get slightly better prices due to sellers having no fees. And going for only mint condition cards
