I was wondering if anyone knows the history of the copyright text on the Neo era of the cards printed by Wizards of the Coast.
The cards were released on the following dates:
Neo Genesis: Dec. 16th 2000 (Copyright on cards reads 1995-2000)
Neo Discovery: June 1st 2001 (Copyright on cards reads 1995-2001)
Neo Revelation: Sep 21st 2001 (Copyright on cards reads 1995-2000)
Neo Destiny: Feb 28th 2002 (Copyright on cards reads (1995-2000)
The first two sets make sense, since they renewed the copyright to the year that the cards released.
However, does anybody know why they reverted to use an older copyright on cards that released in later years?
Also, does anybody know the history of why the Wizards of the Coast Copyright was removed from the Neo Cards? When it was present for all prior sets up through Gym Challenge? Wotc was still printing the english cards at this time.
