Does anyone know how many worlds champions festival promo pack sets are distributed at each event?
Are they only given to the players or anyone who attends?
Looking for more info on these.
It really depends on the event. From what I know only players and staff receive the packs. On some events everyone received just one and on others people got multiple. Older events obviously had less players and staff compared to more recent events so I would say most older Champions Festivals are more rare. Fan favorite is 2016 with the starters and pika one it!
