I’m new to this site, how is everyone doing? I have a base set unlimited Charizard printing error or just an error card but really don’t know what to call it . This guy has been in my collection for about 20 yrs, since I was a kid and have never been able to find any information on the internet or if anymore exist like this. I was wondering if anyone has any information on it or know of anyone that could help.

Could the mark just come from a fineliner pen or something similar? I have a Blaine’s Moltres with a tiny speck which looks just like this and I’m pretty sure it comes from a pen. Apart from that your card looks very good.
No it’s not a pen mark, it’s actually protruding out of the the card like it’s printed into the card in the front but on the backside it’s normal.
And thank you so much, I have tried to take care of all of my cards since I was a kid.
